EBIL had been threatening to take sister to court over 'denying access' (completely ignoring the fact that he is an alcoholic and sister most reasonably refused to allow niece to spend the night there because she was afraid he'd do something stupid.

I can but hope the courts are resonable and that it gives the fucker the shock he so badly needs.
